Each tube is barcoded at your door and carried at 2–8°C, so it can’t be mixed up or spoil on the way.

Lab processes it
A named NABL lab runs it on automated analysers. Any abnormal result is reviewed by a pathologist.

Report delivered
A pathologist signs the report. Most blood tests reach your phone the same day.

Questions people ask
Do I need to fast or prepare?
Only if the listing says fasting required — water is usually fine. Wear a sleeve that rolls up easily and keep ID and the booking phone handy. We repeat any special prep when we confirm the slot.
When will I get my report?
Reports arrive digitally on your phone. Most blood tests are same-day; imaging and some specialised tests take longer — the listing shows report hours when we have them.
Who collects the sample?
A verified Alyseek phlebotomist. We share their details in the app once the visit is assigned.
How do I book?
Find your test or package on this page and open it to see what’s included and the price for your city. Then call us to book — we confirm the slot and any prep on the same call.
Can I reschedule my collection?
Yes. Call the number on this page before the visit. If the phlebotomist is already assigned, we move the slot when the route allows.
What happens if my sample cannot be processed?
If a tube haemolyses, leaks, or the lab cannot run it, we arrange a re-collection. You are not asked to pay again for a failed draw we caused.
Are home collection charges included?
The price on each listing is the amount we quote for that city, including home collection unless we say otherwise when we confirm the booking.
Are my health records secure?
Reports and documents sit in access-controlled storage. Access is limited by role, so you, your phlebotomist and our team each see only what they need. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
